AI Programming Instructor

Job Summary

To enhance the skills of experienced software developers, the part-time AI Programming Instructor will design and deliver interactive workshops focused on integrating AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude into frontend development workflows using React and/or Angular, all conducted remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead hands-on workshops covering AI-assisted development practices in a React and/or Angular environment
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions while reviewing and incorporating feedback from learners for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure alignment between asynchronous and live content

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React and/or Angular
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
• Ability to explain and demonstrate AI-augmented workflows to practitioners
• Strong background in developer advocacy, tech leadership, or engineering mentorship
• Fluency in Russian and excellent spoken English for effective communication
