AI Programming Instructor

Job Summary

To empower experienced mobile developers, the part-time AI Programming Instructor will lead interactive live sessions focused on the practical use of AI coding tools, specifically Cursor, in Golang development while collaborating with the course team to design and improve training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using AI coding tools
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops for mobile developers
• Develop reusable materials such as code snippets and reference guides while incorporating learner feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Golang
• Background in fintech, specifically in payments, banking, or card systems
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication skills
