Job Summary
Supporting enterprise AI initiatives remotely, the full-time AI Project Coordinator will manage project coordination, communication, and execution efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and maintain project visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities related to AI initiatives, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support AI governance by maintaining documentation, approval workflows, and facilitating training sessions
- Prepare project updates and internal communications to keep stakeholders informed on AI project progress
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and practical business use cases
- Strong communication and presentation skills for training and engaging users
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
