AI Project Coordinator Consultant

Job Summary

To support the development and pilot implementation of a machine-learning analytics tool, the full-time AI Project Coordinator Consultant will manage project activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with data governance and ethical requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project work plans, timelines, and communication pathways while monitoring progress and reporting on deliverables
• Serve as the principal liaison among stakeholders, coordinating technical meetings and ensuring alignment with national immunization program priorities
• Document the immunization-data ecosystem and translate public-health needs into functional and technical requirements for the AI tool development

Required qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in health, public health, epidemiology, health informatics, project management, data science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• At least four years of professional experience managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder public-health projects, particularly in digital health or analytics
• Demonstrated experience engaging government stakeholders and external vendors, translating public-health needs into technical requirements
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience working in remote international environments and at national and subnational levels
