AI Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-impact projects in a fully remote capacity, the AI Project Manager will manage complex initiatives focused on strategic sourcing, AI transformation, and operational efficiency while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage implementation activities for complex projects/programs, ensuring timely completion and delivery
• Coordinate project intake, assessments, and approvals, while maintaining compliance with governance processes
• Provide executive-level status updates and facilitate project meetings, tracking action items and deliverables

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in cross-functional initiatives
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, and technology-enabled transformation efforts
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts, including risk assessments and compliance standards
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred
