Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, builder-focused AI Project Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing, prototyping, and scaling AI-assisted workflows to optimize content production and growth marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and asset localization
• Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel assembly lines using various tools
• Launch and optimize practical AI pipelines across CRM systems and asset production

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or growth operations
• Demonstrated capability to build, test, and deploy complex workflow automations using no-code platforms
• Direct proficiency in engineering prompts and structuring workflows using foundational AI models
• Proven track record of re-engineering manual workflows into streamlined processes
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with a pragmatic approach to AI limitations
