AI Project Manager

Job Summary

To operationalize AI initiatives effectively, the full-time remote AI Project Manager will plan, execute, and deliver AI-enabled projects across corporate functions, managing the entire project lifecycle from intake to post-launch review.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal AI projects, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards
• Facilitate communication and updates with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear narratives for leadership

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, including 3 years in technology or digital transformation initiatives
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a professional services environment
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI platforms is advantageous
