AI Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

To support the AI Center of Excellence, the full-time remote AI Prompt and Skills Engineer will write, test, and refine prompts while building and maintaining workflow components used by professionals in Tax, Assurance, Advisory, and Wealth Management.

Key responsibilities

• Write, test, and refine prompts across various use cases following established architectural standards
• Build and maintain Claude skills and workflow components, managing their full lifecycle from development to production deployment
• Conduct quality assurance testing on AI outputs to ensure compliance with professional standards and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on proficiency in prompt engineering or demonstrated aptitude to develop these skills rapidly
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools relevant to professional services
• Strong process orientation with the ability to maintain version control and execute structured workflows
• Willingness to learn about Tax, Assurance, Advisory, and Wealth Management domains to build relevant prompts and skills
