AI Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

To support the organization's AI transformation initiatives, the full-time AI Prompt Engineer & Workflow Specialist will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions and workflow improvements while working in a hybrid environment across California.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) while creating and organizing enterprise-wide prompt libraries
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements for operational performance
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions to improve organizational efficiency and reduce manual tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Technology, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in AI implementation, workflow optimization, process improvement, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot in a professional environment
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and workflow design methodologies
• Experience documenting workflows, business processes, and operational procedures
