Job Summary
Owning the development of system prompts and agent skills, the full-time AI Prompt Engineer will write and maintain instructions that guide AI agents in investigating invalid traffic and responding to customer inquiries, all while working remotely from Pakistan.
Key responsibilities
- Write and maintain system prompts that dictate AI agent behavior and decision-making
- Version changes and measure agent performance against evaluations to ensure effectiveness
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the functionality of the IQ Agent and Analytics MCP
Required qualifications
- Experience in engineering work related to AI or machine learning
- Strong background in writing and maintaining technical documentation
- Proficiency in evaluating and measuring AI performance metrics
