AI Prompting Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-driven solutions, the full-time remote Prompting Implementation Specialist will be responsible for creating effective prompts and context management strategies for large language models (LLMs), collaborating with the Customer Success team, and training others on the dialogue platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research, document, test, and ideate optimal prompting strategies for customer goals using LLMs and AI tools
• Master the dialogue platform to provide training and answer questions regarding prompting techniques
• Utilize prompting and knowledge-base creation to enhance AI capabilities and develop prototypes using Python and low-code automation tools

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, or conversation design
• Strong experience with LLM prompting, particularly with OpenAI and Anthropic models
• Proficiency in Python for quick prototyping and experience with APIs
• Familiarity with low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Retool, or Make
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills for producing clear write-ups and presentations
