Job Summary
To explore frontier AI capabilities, the contract AI Prototyper will work remotely to turn ambiguous product ideas into working software, build prototypes, and evaluate technical paths while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- De-risk new directions by evaluating technical paths and demonstrating tradeoffs through working examples
- Prototype with the latest AI models and tools, translating them into functional software within Dia
- Deliver prototypes with clear architecture decisions for production teams to extend effectively
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience building software with a strong technical understanding
- Experience creating real applications with frontier AI models, tools, or prototypes
- A proactive learner with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members
