AI QA Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an AI QA Engineer to join the Product & Engineering team in a full-time remote role, where the candidate will own quality assurance processes, validate AI-generated test results, and perform both manual and automated testing on legal software built on the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated test results, assessing accuracy and completeness
• Execute manual test cases and perform targeted exploratory testing on complex workflows and high-risk areas
• Own QA strategy and execution, including test planning, risk assessment, and release readiness decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role with a strong foundation in manual and automated testing
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright or a modern automation framework
• Proven ability to create test plans and define test strategies for release readiness
• Familiarity with Xray or a comparable test management tool integrated with Jira
• Strong proficiency in Jira, including ticket workflows and bug reporting
