AI QA Engineer
Job Summary
Passionate about transforming software quality, the full-time AI QA Engineer will design and implement AI-powered testing agents, build intelligent testing workflows, and optimize testing strategies while collaborating with engineering teams in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered testing agents for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Build AI workflows that generate automated test scenarios from user stories and business requirements
- Evaluate and optimize AI-generated testing results to improve accuracy and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Quality Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered or Agentic Testing solutions
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in Playwright and WebDriverIO
- Advanced English proficiency
