AI QA Teaching Expert

Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time AI QA Teaching Expert will conduct interactive training sessions for experienced QA engineers, focusing on the integration of AI tools in real-world testing workflows, while working remotely and committing 10-15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops for QA engineers
• Create clear and concise educational content, including lessons, manuals, and assessments
• Review and incorporate learner feedback to enhance session and content design

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA tools and their successful implementation
• Background in tech leadership, mentoring, or engineer advocacy
• Ability to translate complex QA and fintech concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
