AI QA Teaching Expert

Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time AI QA Teaching Expert will conduct interactive training sessions, create educational content, and engage with B2B clients in fintech environments, focusing on the integration of AI tools in QA workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops for experienced QA engineers
• Create clear and concise educational content, including texts, draft slides, and assessments
• Review and incorporate learner feedback to enhance session and content design continuously

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA tools and successful implementation cases
• Comfort with test strategy, automation approaches, and modern QA tooling in high-compliance environments
• Background in tech leadership, mentoring, or engineer advocacy
• Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
