Key Responsibilities

• Document quality findings, categorize issues, and track trends to inform improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform findings into actionable AI enhancements and prepare reports highlighting quality trends

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience (2 years in healthcare or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring, or auditing
• 2+ years of experience in health insurance or healthcare operations
• Expertise in quality evaluation methodologies and knowledge of health insurance products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
