A company is looking for an AI Quality Analyst (Japanese) to evaluate a new personalization feature for a model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-turn conversational prompts using personal information
• Evaluate AI model responses for personalization quality and integration of personal data
• Write rationales for model comparisons and maintain data hygiene by deleting evaluation conversations

Required Qualifications

• Japanese Proficiency: Ability to read and write in Japanese with a high degree of comprehension
• Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate nuanced AI responses
• Creative Prompt Engineering: Experience in designing multi-turn prompts based on personal context
• Strong Evaluation Acumen: Understanding of personalization concepts and identifying inaccuracies
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
