AI Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the reliability of AI systems, the full-time AI Quality Assurance Engineer will design, develop, and optimize test cases for AI solutions while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate fully tested AI solutions into business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans to evaluate AI system functionality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate tested AI solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while documenting test results for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI solution testing, software quality assurance, or a related role
• Expertise in complex testing frameworks and programming languages such as Python and Java
• Deep understanding of machine learning and AI principles, including experience with cloud computing platforms
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices
