AI Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving quality assurance standards for AI-driven solutions, the full-time remote AI Quality Assurance Manager will oversee QA activities, manage a team of QA Analysts, and ensure AI outputs meet expectations for accuracy and consistency throughout the AI lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and improve quality assurance standards for AI agent and prompt outputs
• Oversee QA activities, including pre-deployment validation and post-deployment monitoring
• Lead and mentor QA Analysts, ensuring timely completion of QA activities and adherence to standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ years in a senior role
• 8+ years of professional experience in AI, analytics, or quality assurance disciplines
• Prior QA management experience, including oversight of teams
• Strong understanding of AI output evaluation and prompt design influence on output quality
