AI Quality Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a federal customer, the full-time AI Quality Engineer will design and implement AI-enabled solutions, develop and integrate AI capabilities, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions for customer modernization use cases, integrating AI capabilities into existing systems
- Establish and enforce a quality assurance framework, including test plans and regression suites for validating AI-generated code
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to create reliable, long-running multi-agent workflows and support the innovation pipeline for AI prototypes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance and test engineering, including test plan design
- Hands-on experience testing or validating AI-generated code and prototypes for accuracy and reliability
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, across web and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates within modern software delivery practices
