Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software QA, quality engineering, or test automation
• Strong experience with automation across API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing environments
• Experience in evaluating and implementing AI tools for automated test creation and defect analysis
• Proven ability to lead large engineering teams in complex systems, preferably in healthcare or financial services
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile environments
