AI Quality Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Quality Lead to oversee the AI Quality program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the AI Quality strategy and standard operating procedures
• Define success metrics, risk tiering, and operating thresholds for AI solutions
• Lead the development of test suites and oversee the creation of UI/API tests and observability instrumentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience leading or building quality engineering or testing programs
• Ability to design and implement test strategies and automation frameworks
• Experience with LLM, RAG, agentic, or classic ML systems
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, orchestration, and model registry practices
