AI Red Team Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance AI Red Team Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and red team AI models and machine learning systems for vulnerabilities and safety risks
• Create offline reproducible and auto-evaluable test cases to assess AI agents' safety and capabilities
• Develop and implement automation scripts, custom tools, and test harnesses for security research initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or related fields
• Advanced (C1) or above English proficiency
• Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing across various environments
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities in AI models and familiarity with AI red-teaming frameworks
