AI Red Team Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled AI Red Team Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for simulating real-world adversaries, exploiting vulnerabilities in applications and AI/ML systems, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance security measures.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute adversarial attacks on LLM-powered products and assess AI agent systems for vulnerabilities
• Perform full-scope penetration tests across various platforms including web applications, APIs, and cloud environments
• Leverage AI tools to enhance vulnerability discovery and automate testing tasks in red team operations

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on penetration testing and offensive security experience
• Demonstrated experience testing AI/ML systems and conducting red team engagements
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols and common implementation flaws
• Familiarity with cloud security architectures and common misconfigurations
• Practical experience with prompt injection and jailbreak techniques against LLMs
