Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in technical operations, AI research, or production support
• Experience with a variety of AI tools and industry insights
• Technical aptitude for configuring AI tools and managing structured workflows
• Familiarity with OneDrive, SharePoint, and file management best practices
