AI Research Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Research Engineer to work at the intersection of frontier AI and real-world product impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the training of next-generation multimodal foundation models for product use-cases
• Support data sourcing and optimize data pipelines for multimodal large language models (LLMs)
• Lead and execute research in multimodal reasoning and generation applicable to product development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
• Experience as a formal technical lead with cross-functional impact
• Strong engineering background; PhD in ML not required
• Experience in AI/ML environments
• Ability to manage data pipelines and versioning
