AI Research Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic AI Engineering team, the full-time remote AI Research Engineer will lead technical efforts in model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation strategies for production-scale AI systems, driving improvements in model performance and orchestration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a production-grade evaluation system to enhance model accuracy and latency
• Lead experimentation and feedback-based evaluation loops for continuous model optimization
• Advance orchestration of AI/ML systems for scalable and resilient deployments

Required qualifications

• Advanced programming expertise in Python and SQL with strong system design skills
• Deep experience in deploying machine learning/deep learning models in production, preferably LLM/GenAI
• Strong foundation in experimentation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and ML Ops practices
• Proven ability to own critical systems end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
