Job Summary

Seeking a skilled AI Research Engineer (Applied AI) for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing and implementing advanced machine learning systems to address high-impact business challenges while staying current with AI research trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and evaluate applied AI solutions across various domains including natural language and vision
• Translate business problems into well-defined ML formulations with clear success metrics
• Implement rigorous experimentation workflows and build production-quality training and inference pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Six or more years of research and applied ML engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models at scale
• Solid grounding in mathematics and statistics relevant to modern ML
