AI Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Research Manager to oversee the strategic direction and implementation of research projects in Generative Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement research projects, including coding and technical development, while providing guidance to team members
• Oversee project execution from ideation to deployment, managing budgets and resource allocation
• Develop and implement research strategies that align with company goals and foster collaborations with academic and industry partners

Required Qualifications

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher, with 3+ years focused on developing GenAI technologies
• Strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on the cloud
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with version control systems
