Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Research Scientist will focus on developing agentic systems for cybersecurity by training models, building AI agents, and collaborating with cybersecurity experts to enhance security operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cybersecurity subject-matter experts to understand workflows and improve analyst procedures using AI agents
- Post-train large language models (LLMs) and implement reinforcement learning techniques to automate security tasks
- Research and prototype state-of-the-art methods for agentic planning and establish benchmarking criteria for evaluating systems
Required qualifications
- Strong foundations in machine learning, probability, and statistics, with the ability to engage with modern research literature
- Experience in training generative models and a solid understanding of LLM training fundamentals
- Proficiency in reinforcement learning techniques, including policy optimization and reward modeling
- Experience building agentic systems and systematic prompt optimization for LLMs
- Fluency with Python, GPUs, and relevant machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face
