AI Risk Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Risk & Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to policies and regulations for AI applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews of AI applications and products to assess alignment with internal policies and standards
• Conduct structured risk assessments of AI systems, identifying and documenting risks related to bias, privacy, and regulatory non-compliance
• Investigate AI system incidents and monitor trends in compliance and risk findings for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, Compliance, Data Science, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk assessment, audit, or quality assurance, preferably with technology or AI systems
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
• Experience in supporting risk assessments and drafting actionable recommendations
• Understanding of the AI lifecycle as defined by NIST preferred
