Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Offense-Defense Dynamics Lead Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop quantitative system dynamics models to analyze AI risk landscapes
• Expand and operationalize the offense/defense dynamics taxonomy and framework
• Design analytical models and simulations to identify policy intervention leverage points

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Criminology, or related field
• Experience with complex systems modeling or risk assessment methodologies
• Strong understanding of dual-use technologies and their applications
• Experience in security studies, AI governance, or systems dynamics modeling
• Record of relevant publications or research contributions in technology risk or governance
