AI Safety Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Safety Engineer: Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and enhance machine learning models to address complex business challenges
• Prototype and assess new AI solutions, including Generative AI, for business applications
• Provide safety guidance and expertise to AI/ML development teams and collaborate on safety strategies for autonomous driving systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in machine learning, engineering, data science, or a related field
• Extensive programming experience with Python, R, Java, and machine learning frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Proven track record in providing technical leadership in AI/ML projects
