AI Safety Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI/SOTIF Safety Engineer Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for safe AI/ML and autonomous system development, deployment, and maintenance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure safe training and enhancement of machine learning models
• Establish safety standards for prototyping, testing, and deploying new AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, engineering, or data science
• Extensive experience with ISO 8800, ISO 24118, and AI safety standards
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools
