Job Summary

Building and managing an AI-first conversion engine, the full-time AI Sales Enablement Specialist will design, run, and improve systems for structured proof and claims while collaborating closely with delivery teams and clients in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the conversion engine, including structured proof libraries and proposal modules
  • Draft and produce case studies and tailored pitch decks, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Implement quality assurance checks across all workflows to maintain credibility and consistency
Required qualifications
  • Strong structuring and writing ability with experience in sales enablement or proposal work
  • Genuine command of AI tools and experience building AI-assisted workflows or knowledge bases
  • Practical understanding of context design and lightweight technical systems
  • Ability to engage deeply with bespoke services in strategy, social, and content
  • Comfort working under tight deadlines and with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
