Job Summary

Building and managing an AI-first conversion engine, the full-time AI Sales Enablement Specialist will design, run, and continuously improve systems for structured proof and claims, while collaborating closely with delivery teams and clients in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and run Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first system, ensuring accuracy and quality in outputs
  • Create and maintain structured libraries for proof and claims, including case studies and reusable evidence
  • Assemble tailored pitch decks and proposals, ensuring they are visually sharp and on-brand
Required qualifications
  • Strong structuring and writing ability with experience in creating clear commercial narratives
  • Proficiency in AI tools and experience building AI-assisted workflows or structured libraries
  • Familiarity with project work in sales enablement, proposal or bid work, or agency marketing
  • Understanding of context design and lightweight technical systems such as markdown or Airtable
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and engage with senior stakeholders effectively
