Job Summary
Building and managing an AI-first conversion engine, the full-time AI Sales Enablement Specialist will design, run, and continuously improve systems for structured proof and claims, while collaborating closely with delivery teams and clients in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first system, ensuring accuracy and quality in outputs
- Create and maintain structured libraries for proof and claims, including case studies and reusable evidence
- Assemble tailored pitch decks and proposals, ensuring they are visually sharp and on-brand
Required qualifications
- Strong structuring and writing ability with experience in creating clear commercial narratives
- Proficiency in AI tools and experience building AI-assisted workflows or structured libraries
- Familiarity with project work in sales enablement, proposal or bid work, or agency marketing
- Understanding of context design and lightweight technical systems such as markdown or Airtable
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and engage with senior stakeholders effectively
