AI Scientist Manager

Job Summary

To support the application of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies in life sciences, the full-time AI Scientist Manager will design and deliver bespoke AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) demonstrating the value of Generative AI solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members while collaborating with clients to address business challenges
• Present AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders and manage multidisciplinary teams to deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Extensive domain experience in Life Sciences with a preferred advanced degree in a related field
• Strong experience managing complex client projects, preferably in Life Sciences R&D
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI architectures, including Generative AI
• Experience deploying machine learning models at scale on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
