Job Summary
To enhance the security and compliance posture of the Enterprise AI program, the full-time AI SecOps Engineer will work remotely, building solutions, defining architecture standards, and translating compliance requirements into actionable engineering guardrails.
Key responsibilities
- Own the partnership with the Cyber Security Group on data residency, PII handling, and model security controls
- Build and maintain security tooling and automate policy enforcement across Enterprise AI platforms
- Develop reusable security components that facilitate secure AI Agent builds for delivery teams
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with security and compliance controls in AI or ML systems
- Familiarity with LLM-specific risks, including prompt injection and data leakage
- Experience in defining architecture standards or technical guardrails
- Knowledge of data residency requirements and access governance in enterprise environments
- Ability to translate security requirements into developer-facing guidance
