AI Security Architect

Job Summary

To secure AI systems and applications, the full-time AI Security Architect will define target-state secure architecture, set security standards for AI development, and oversee the protection of sensitive data in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define ACV's target-state secure architecture and reference patterns for AI/ML systems
• Set secure-by-default standards for AI development, including prompt injection defense and output handling
• Advise on multi-year AI security strategy and mentor engineering teams on security best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of security experience, with a focus on application security architecture
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM security, demonstrated through production work or research
• Technical fluency in coding (Python preferred) and familiarity with AI security tooling
• Working knowledge of security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS
