AI Security Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading client engagements in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Associate Director will develop risk assessments, governance designs, and secure architectures while mentoring teams and shaping service offerings in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Security of AI engagements including risk assessments, threat modeling, and governance program design
• Shape and advance service offerings by evolving methodology, tooling, and delivery accelerators
• Support business development through client pursuits and collaboration on account strategy

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with depth in areas such as security architecture or AI/ML security
• Direct experience with AI security risks including prompt injection and data poisoning
• Familiarity with AI security and governance frameworks like OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and NIST AI RMF
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and multi-workstream engagements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
