AI Security Director

Job Summary

Leading AI security initiatives, the full-time salaried AI Security Director will manage the integration of AI security controls into products, oversee adversarial testing, and drive the company's AI security strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to define AI security controls for customer-facing products
• Lead adversarial testing and security reviews for AI product initiatives, providing architectural sign-off for high-risk decisions
• Develop and implement the AI Risk & Governance framework, establishing policies and standards for AI/ML systems

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 4-5 years focused on AI/ML security
• Proven track record of defining and driving AI or security programs at an organizational level
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go, with experience in building security tooling and automation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, or a related field
• Familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF
