AI Security Director

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Director will manage the integration of AI security controls into customer-facing products, oversee the development of in-house AI/ML models, and drive the AI Security strategy and governance framework while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and integrate AI security controls with Product Security and Engineering leadership
• Lead adversarial testing and security reviews for AI product initiatives, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment
• Establish and manage the AI Risk & Governance framework, implementing policies for responsible AI/ML development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 4-5 years focused on AI/ML security
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive organizational AI security programs
• Deep knowledge of adversarial ML attacks and defenses
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go, with experience in building security tooling
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, or a related field
