AI Security Director

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Director will manage the integration of AI security controls into customer-facing products, oversee adversarial testing, and drive the AI Security strategy in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product security and engineering teams to define AI security controls for products
• Lead adversarial testing and AI red teaming initiatives to assess security vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement the AI Risk & Governance framework, establishing policies and standards for AI/ML systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 4-5 years focused on AI/ML security
• Proven track record of defining and driving AI or security programs at an organizational level
• Deep knowledge of adversarial ML attacks and defenses
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go with experience in building security tooling
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, or a related field
