AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Security Engineer to secure data and infrastructure against AI-related risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI governance and security controls to prevent sensitive data exposure through internal AI tools
• Identify and mitigate AI-driven external threats and collaborate with security operations teams to respond to attacks
• Monitor AI tool usage and assess compliance with data privacy regulations and security frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information security or application security, with 1-2 years in AI/ML or data security domains
• Strong understanding of data governance and security controls for SaaS and cloud environments
• Familiarity with AI model architectures and associated risks
• Experience implementing security frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOC 2
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or AI-specific credentials are preferred
