AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Security Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security assessments of AI vendors and platforms prior to adoption or renewal
• Advise engineering and data teams on secure AI adoption and architecture
• Maintain AI risk register aligned to NIST AI RMF and ensure compliance with HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in information security, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI/ML security
• Hands-on experience configuring and operating AI security controls in Microsoft environments
• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in healthcare
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or AWS/Azure AI Security are a plus
