AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Data Science teams, the full-time AI Security Engineer will ensure the security and compliance of AI/ML systems while collaborating cross-functionally to advance the company's AI-first strategy in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI Security Architecture initiatives by implementing security controls throughout the AI lifecycle to mitigate risks
• Conduct Threat Modeling and Risk Assessment for AI systems, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Develop and operationalize monitoring and incident response capabilities for AI systems, integrating them into existing security workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, application/product security, or cloud security
• 2+ years of experience securing AI/ML systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of AI/ML threats, including prompt injection and data leakage
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and integrating security into CI/CD and MLOps pipelines
