AI Security Lead

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time Artificial Intelligence Security Lead will ensure the security, compliance, and resilience of AI systems while collaborating with various teams to support the company's responsible AI adoption strategy in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Advances AI adoption by embedding security into the strategy, balancing agility, compliance, and risk management
• Leads the execution and roadmap for the AI Security program, including investigations and systems design
• Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in AI use

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in information security or risk management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or emerging technology risk
• Demonstrated leadership in developing or scaling security programs across enterprises
• Working knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations relevant to financial services technology and cybersecurity
• Proficiency with standard security technologies and investigative methods for compliance incidents
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field
