AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will develop and manage security strategies, engineering, and operations while ensuring the integrity of AI systems and corporate IT in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the AI security function, including building internal AI gateways and implementing robust security measures for AI systems
• Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving the roadmap for secure design and automated response playbooks
• Manage enterprise trust initiatives, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and PCI standards while facilitating customer security reviews and trust artifacts

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Experience building and leading new security functions from the ground up
• Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and manage corporate IT as part of the security mission
• Genuine conviction and understanding of current AI security challenges and solutions
