AI Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing demand for AI solutions, the full-time AI Senior Consultant will design and deliver AI and intelligent automation solutions on the Microsoft stack, focusing on Business Central, while working remotely and engaging in customer-facing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing AI and intelligent automation engagements, including solution design and delivery of Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate flows
• Design and build in-product agents using Microsoft's Copilot Studio and connect them to Business Central data and workflows
• Operationalize AI offerings by running internal projects that serve as reference architectures for customer implementations

Required qualifications

• Hands-on consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including functional implementation and AL extensions
• Demonstrable experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI Builder, showcasing shipped work
• Fluency in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Customer-facing consulting experience with a proven ability to design solutions during workshops and demos
• Self-directed delivery capability, able to manage projects from vague problems to scoped solutions without micromanagement
